Travel Information

If you require any vaccinations relating to foreign travel please call at the Surgery to collect a "Travel Advice Form", which should complete and leave for our nurse, who will then determine the vaccinations required and arrange scripts and advice sheets.  When collecting the script you will need to make an appointment to see the Nurse to have the vaccines administered

There is further information about countries and vaccinations required on the links below

It is important to make this initial contact as early as possible  - at least 6 weeks before you travel.  These vaccines have to be ordered by the pharmacist as they are not a stock vaccine.

Some travel vaccines are ordered on a private prescription and these incur a charge over and above the normal prescription charge.  This is because not all travel vaccinations are included in the services provided by the NHS.
